Conergy recently announced the introduction of its IPG series of inverters. Now, the IPG 15T is poised to debut in May at the ATRAA Conference in Melbourne.
A comprehensive range is available, with three-phase supply Conergy IPG T string inverters for industrial sites, and the single-phase supply Conergy IPG S string inverters for homes and small business. Inverters of different ratings can be combined to produce any system size from 3 to 100 kW.
Experts at Photon magazine, a German trade journal for the photovoltaics industry, have given the solar inverters glowing reviews. During Photon tests of the inverter series’ conversion efficiency, the Conergy IPG 15T scored an exceptional 96.6% for average conversion efficiency, and 97.0% for peak solar irradiation, due to its superior maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm. MPPT is a technique used to keep solar arrays at voltage levels that maximise power output.
