Schott Solar wins again!
Schott Solar is celebrating their achievement of Excellent(-) status in the most recent round of PV+ Test.
Many people are familiar with Schott as a result of their excellent glass products, however, what is less well known is that Schott Solar has the best in-house PV solar panel quality testing facility of any major PV manufacturer. Photon magazine tests have borne out time and time again the excellent performance provided by Schott solar’s quality European manufactured modules. But with the new toughened test regime of PV+ Test from TUV and Solarpraxis, anything could happen.
Schott Solar blew the competition away, leading the pack, and one of only two modules to be awarded Excellent(-).
The standout characteristic differentiating Schott modules from others was excellent ageing behaviour – meaning that the modules are built to last. However, the Schott Solar panel performed exceptionally well on a wide range of test characteristics.
Greenforce Energy staff have personally visited the Schott manufacturing complex, and Schott modules are one of the select module brands installed on our warehouse roof. So it certainly was no surprise to us that Schott quality won yet another award.
